In fact, I thought I had written the last column about Sérgio Moro. I thought that, like in the book Waiting for the Barbarians , everyone already knows that they know. And the character in the book coincidentally was a judge.
I thought that, as the boy had already seen that Moro was naked, it was enough for the rest of Brazil to believe in the boy, as in the book The Emperor's New Clothes .
But, as it is taking time for nudity to actually be punished (in an inversion of the film's title), I write once again. I warn you, once again, that the Book of Suspicions can be downloaded for free. The authors were right (now the book is also in print — here ). Scientific research proves us right. Judge Fabiana Rodrigues' book proves us right, as do others, such as Fernando Fernandes' ( see here ).
2. The gunman's second blink
And now, another step was taken. The fox went to the mill until it lost its snout. What I mean? In the Western, it is said that the gunslinger cannot blink in a duel. Well, Moro blinked once again.
Simple. Moro shot himself in the foot (I used the foot, although Senator Major Olímpio used another part of his body). After going to the mill so much, it has now been seen that the judge who judged a case from the largest company in the country, the same judge who approved dozens of allegations from that same company (Odebrecht) — a company that is in judicial recovery — is now a partner in consultancy that deals with exactly what?
Well, read the headlines and the Portugal Mobile Number List newspapers: Sergio Moro becomes director of Odebrecht's judicial recovery administrator ( here ); Moro becomes a partner in a consultancy that manages the judicial recovery of Odebrecht ( here ); the PGR is asked to investigate Moro's situation at the consultancy that manages Odebrecht's RJ ( here ); The consultancy that hired Moro has already earned 17 million with the Odebrecht crisis ( here ) and I'll stop here. With an addendum: Furthermore, Moro's suspicion in the case of the triplex is clear, as Reinaldo Azevedo explains for the umpteenth time : Moro is a partner in the company that certifies that the triplex belonged to OAS. Also: Moro judge would have ordered the arrest of businessman Moro ( here ).
And what about Nilo Batista’s text, Pequeno Desabafo? ( here ) The final part is anthological, verbis:
"By the way, the public note from the company that hired Sérgio Moro highlighted him, first of all and as a basis for the hiring, that he was a "specialist in leading complex and high-profile anti-corruption investigations" . And we thought that he had been magistrate there, not an investigator, nor leader of MPF investigations!"
Conflict of interests? No. Everything is "normal" stuff. "New normal". Moro is armored. Teflon. Nothing sticks. Again: what else is needed to show Moro's suspicion in the judgments he made?
3. An ordeal in reverse?
I ask: Will the judiciary, the MP and the mainstream media propose a reverse ordeal? I explain how it works:
Moro throws himself into the water with five inflated life jackets . If it sinks, it's because it was partial! This is the new type of obtaining "negative proof".
What is more accurate, you ask?
I will say again what is in the Book of Suspicions: In the European Court of Human Rights, the thesis " Justice must not only be done; it must also be seen to be done " operates. That is, "it is not enough for the judge to be impartial; he must appear impartial." As in the Larsen case, which showed that there was something rotten in the kingdom of Denmark. Judge Larsen pre-judged the defendants. All of his decisions were confirmed in the courts, as, in fact, happened in Brazil. They say Larsen boasted about it. Moro always boasted too. Well, the last word on this is still missing, in a trial that has been before the Supreme Court for some time.
